I purchased this bed for my 13 year old 20 lb dog. He LOVES it! It’s plush soft yet offers great support. The color is rich and the fabric is uniquely wonderful. However, the medium bed was just a bit small for my dog. Even though he meets the weight requirement, he’s a dachshund mix, so he’s 17” long and likes to stretch. The bed is wider in front than it is in the middle and the back. This is our second napper bed (donated previous one to a rescue dog in need) and I would highly recommend Jax and Bones luxury beds to all dog parents! I would just advise to measure your dog, consider his/her sleeping style (curl up or stretch out) and review bed dimensions prior to ordering.
