If I could leave a 0 star review I would.....I was so excited for this to come in when I ordered the complete cover set, but unfortunately I never received it and STILL have nothing due to the HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service who were not willing to help in any way at all!!!! Ordered on 3/26/2022 and waited until 4/8/2022 to email Customer service to see where my product is. Amy the customer service rep answered on 4/8/2022 and said it shipped...conveniently on the same day that I reached out?...She said tracking # will be sent within 24 hours...Waited until 4/13/2022 no tracking number, and still no product. Ask Amy on 4/13/2022 once again where is my product, she emails back again same day and says it shipped 4/8/2022, gives me the tracking #, and says it was delivered on 4/9/2022 but I have still not received my product. Did not get the email telling me my package is "On the way!" until 4/13/2022 AFTER I once again asked for the tracking number. If I had received my tracking number on the day it supposedly shipped or was supposedly delivered then I could have been aware and looked out for the package. Check all over my apartment, checked our secure locker system, asked my leasing office, even asked neighbors on our bulletin board and still have nothing...I inform Customer Service Rep Amy that I still dont have my product and she gives me the Fedex allotment of "Fedex officially needs 7 to 14 days to finalize delivery" and to wait that amount of time. Wait until 4/24/2022 and it has been 15 days since Fedex supposedly "delivered" the package and STILL NOTHING! Ask for her to make a claim with fedex and she says "We have done everything on our end to complete this order. We produced and shipped your order to selected address" and that my issue is between Fedex and my building and they CANNOT issue a replacement, CANNOT issue a refund, CANNOT file a claim, CANNOT even give a credit....NOTHING! This was the WORST customer service I have ever experienced!!!! I paid $238 for this and have NOTHING for it...Basically had $238 stolen from me and it is not about the money at this point and is about this company standing behind their values of saying "We will treat your dog as ours". If that was true, then you would be fighting to get "your" dog a $238 bed set that you ordered 2 months ago. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG!!!
We have a 10 week old puppy and this cover makes his crate so snuggly & he loves it. Now he voluntarily goes in there when he’s tired
