In-Stock Items
Most in-stock bedding and toy orders ship within 1–3 business days.
Made-to-Order & Production Items
Items currently in production or being made to replenish inventory may require up to 14 business days before shipment.
Each bed is individually inspected and hand-filled to ensure the plush comfort, shape, and quality Jax & Bones is known for.
During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare each order to meet our standards before it leaves our facility.
STANDARD DELIVERY
Once your order ships, please allow approximately 2–6 business days for delivery. Orders ship from Los Angeles, California, and transit times vary based on destination and carrier service levels.
ORDER PROCESS
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday.
Orders received before 9:00 AM Pacific Time may be eligible for same-day processing. Orders received after the daily cutoff time will be processed on the next business day.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
If your order is time-sensitive, please contact jbpack@jaxandbones.com before placing your order. Rush processing may be available for a $25 rush fee.

ADDRESS CORRECTIONS
Address changes or corrections requested after an order is placed may incur a $15.00 fee to cover carrier address correction charges.
SHIPPING METHODS
Jax & Bones ships primarily via FedEx Ground and other carrier services at our discretion.
DELAYS, BACKORDERS & INVENTORY ISSUES
While we strive to maintain accurate inventory levels, occasional discrepancies may occur. In the event an item is backordered or unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order. Our team will notify you promptly and, when possible, offer a suitable substitute.
HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from jbpack@jaxandbones.com containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates and be sure to check your spam or promotions folder.
TRACKING SHOWS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE
Occasionally, carriers may mark a package as delivered before it arrives or deliver it to a nearby location. We recommend checking with household members, neighbors, and around your property first.
If the carrier determines the address is undeliverable, they may hold the package for redelivery or return it to us. For assistance, please contact jbpack@jaxandbones.com.

National holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, and company closures may result in additional processing or transit delays.
