Shipping & Deliveries

All Jax & Bones Bedding are handcrafted by dog lovers inside our Los Angeles facility.  That is why we are proud to offer you superb quality and craftsmanship that will speak for itself.  The downside is that it will take extra time to process and ship.  It has never been our goal to be Amazon.

LEAD TIME

Bedding items can take up to 1-2 Weeks to ship from our facility. During holidays like Thanksgiving and Black Friday, please anticipate at least 2-4 days of extra processing times. 

Toys and accessories will ship within 3 days if not ordered with bedding items.

ORDER PROCESS

Orders placed Monday-Thursday before 2 PM PST will not process till next day.

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will not process till Monday.

Currently, we can only ship our products to the contiguous United States and DO NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes. If your order is addressed to a P.O. Box, it may be delayed and fees will be not covered if there are any address corrections..

STANDARD DELIVERY DETAILS

We ship from Los Angeles, California.  We concur with Fed Ex Delivery Schedules so once it leaves our distribution center in Los Angeles, it could be in transit for 1-6 more days.

ADDRESS CORRECTION 

Address corrections or changes may incur an additional $15.00 fee due to correction fees on the carriers end.

SHIPPING METHODS

 Jax and Bones uses FedEx to ship. 

DELAYS, BACKORDERS AND INVENTORY ISSUES

In the event that an item is backordered or has an inventory issue, we reserve the right to cancel the item or ship your order in multiple packages. Due to Covid, supply chain delays might occur on raw materials unexpectedly. Our team will update you as early as we can.  

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ITEM SHIPPED?

Within 24 hours of movement from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification from jbpack@jaxandbones.com confirming shipment (be sure to check your spam folder).

TRACKING NUMBER SHOWS DELIVERED BUT IT IS NOT.

Fed Ex is our designated courier of choice. Once in a while, your tracking number may show it’s delivered. Often that package ends up close by due to an error by the carrier. We recommend to check with your neighbors or other members of the household.

If the carrier has discovered the address to be undeliverable, they will often hold onto it for you and redeliver or reship it back to us. For any issues, please contact jbpack@jaxandbones.com.

In the case of national holidays, weather issues or internal company closures, please note there may be additional delays.
