LEAD TIME: EXPECT QUALITY
It will take up to 72 hours to ship your bedding or toy items. Our Bedding items are stocked but we take extra care to hand fill each bed with extra fluff.
ORDER PROCESS
Orders will ship M-F.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will not process till Monday.
If you are placing an order and it is time sensitive, please email jbpack@jaxandbones.com to discuss as we do have rush services ($25 rush fee).
US delivery is a flat fee.

STANDARD DELIVERY DETAILS
Once packages ship, please expect up to 5 business days to receive. We ship from Los Angeles, California.
ADDRESS CORRECTION
All Address corrections or changes may incur an additional $15.00 fee due to correction fees on the carriers end.
SHIPPING METHODSJax and Bones uses FedEx to ship.
DELAYS, BACKORDERS AND INVENTORY ISSUES
In the event that an item is backordered or has an inventory issue, we reserve the right to cancel and refund you. Our team will update you to identify if there’s a substitute item.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ITEM SHIPPED?
Within 24 hours of movement from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification from jbpack@jaxandbones.com confirming shipment (be sure to check your spam folder).
TRACKING NUMBER SHOWS DELIVERED BUT IT IS NOT.
Fed Ex is our designated courier of choice. Once in a while, your tracking number may show it’s delivered. Often that package ends up close by due to an error by the carrier. We recommend to check with your neighbors or other members of the household.
If the carrier has discovered the address to be undeliverable, they will often hold onto it for you and redeliver or reship it back to us. For any issues, please contact jbpack@jaxandbones.com.
