To ensure you receive your items in a timely manner, please note that if the items are in stock and available, they will ship on or before our cancel dates.
For all Bedding Orders, please allow up to 1-2 Weeks to Ship as these items are made to order.
For Toy & Mask orders, please allow up to 2-5 days to ship if ordered without a bed.
Rush service can be provided and could be up to $25 extra for processing.
Due to Covid, delays might occur on raw materials from our suppliers and due to high volume online ordering, there may be courier delays once the package has been picked up from us.
Your delivery arrival date will be executed by FedEx, our preferred carrier, and may take up to 5 business days based on their service and scheduling.
In the case of national holidays and company closures, the company may change their shipping lead times. We will update you if this happens.
We can only ship our products to the contiguous United States.

STANDARD DELIVERY DETAILS
We ship from Los Angeles, California.
We DO NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes. If your order is addressed to a P.O. Box, it may be delayed and fees will be not covered if there are any address corrections.
In transit, address corrections or changes may occur an additional $15.00 fee due to correction fees on the carriers end.

Jax and Bones uses FedEx to ship. FedEx DOES NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes. You are able to see your shipping rate in your shopping cart. Orders can only be shipped and processed on regular business days as our office and warehouses are closed on major holidays and weekends. Our order processing cut off time is 1 p.m. PST, M-F. Any orders received after the cut off or on the weekends will be entered the following business day.

BACKORDERS AND INVENTORY ISSUES
In the event that an item is backordered or has an inventory issue, we reserve the right to cancel the item or ship your order in multiple packages. You will be advised of the issue.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ITEM SHIPPED?
Within 24 hours of movement from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification from email@example.com confirming shipment (be sure to check your spam folder).
TRACKING NUMBER SHOWS DELIVERED BUT IT IS NOT.
Fed Ex is our designated courier of choice. Once in a while, your tracking number may show it’s delivered. Often that package ends up close by due to an error by the carrier. We recommend to check with your neighbors or other members of the household.
If the carrier has discovered the address to be undeliverable, they will often hold onto it for you and redeliver or reship it back to us. For any issues, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
