Maya had a medium size arctic shag napper for about three years, as she got older and now she’s 15, she was stretching out more and needed a bigger bed. We tried a couple other beds one w memory foam and another of different shape and fabric but she refused to get near them. We got her the Arctic shag napper in large and as soon as we put it down she stepped right in and felt sleep, she absolutely loves it and i know it’s exactly what she expected. Same great fabric and shape but in larger size that can fit her needs as a senior dog now, she’s soooo happy and so are we!,,

Replacing a beloved bed 6yrs later
I just got this bed after 6yrs since the first one I purchased for my dog Sigmond. It was his absolute favorite bed for a long time and then he started having seizures from idiopathic epilepsy a year after. He had many seizures in his sleep and over time the bed was no longer usable. We couldn’t justify buying another because of the seizure activity being so bad. Fast forward to now, Sigmond is 12yrs old and his seizures are more controlled than ever.
We finally felt comfortable replacing it and he’s soooooo happy. I’m amazed the first lasted through hundreds of seizures to begin with. But I feel like this milestone deserves a new fresh bed for sweet Sigmond.
He’s happy and hasn’t gotten out of bed since receiving it this morning in the mail.
What a great bed. My dog loves it. So cozy for him and it looks great too.
