This is our second Jax & Bones bed and our dog has loved them both. Soon to order another for my husband’s office! We love how good it looks in our small apartment, too. Even our toddler likes to lay in it!

I basically bought this because its the first dog bed in the world that actually looks nice and goes with my decor. I also wanted a local small business because I refuse to purchase from mega corporations anymore.
My golden retriever is extremely picky about her comfort level and I've never bought a bed out of the box that meets her standards. I end up replacing the cushion in all of her beds with a custom cut comfy foam pad from foam factory. It looks great and now is extremely comfortable. She loves it!
paid $200 for a premium bed. got a six-week delay, a customer service BS run-around, a CRAPPY AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, and a bank dispute.
horrible experience, shoddy product: seams started giving out within a week (my dog is extremely gentle with her things, she loves squishmallows so this is not an aggressive chewer issue!). the bed feels unpleasantly overstuffed, and not at all comfortable.
a $45 egg crate bed from chewy is a better investment: your dog will likely prefer it, it will last longer, and it does less damage to your wallet.
