Customer Service must be contacted within 14 days of delivery date.

My dog loves the rope creatures in general, this one was a special favorite. He barely put it down. Lasted 3-4 weeks with a 70 lb heavy chewing puppy, better than most other plush or rope toys for us. The extra appendages made this one easier to unravel than some others we've had, like giraffe and dinosaur, but dog seemed to enjoy more.
