To receive refund on returned items:
  • Customer Service must be contacted within 14 days of delivery date.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days after receiving the RMA.
  • Shipped back in the original packaging with tags
  • In resalable condition (no doggy hair or drool)
Failure to comply may result in a minimum 25% restocking fee

Quality Product

I bought the large size for a 15 year-old Rhodesian mix, she weighs about 50lbs. She loves it. Probably could have gotten the medium but wanted her to have extra space to stretch out. She’s allowed on the couch and probably does 50/50 between the two. It’s expensive but the quality is definitely there!

Snoozing in style 🐶💤

I bought my pup her first Jax & Bones bed five years ago and it’s hands down her favorite bed. It still looks great! I just purchased her another so the aesthetic better matches my bedroom. The fabric on the Lolly is even better than expected. It’s gorgeous, super soft, and doesn’t seem to be a magnet for dog hair. 👏 My girl snuggled right in. 🐶💤

We have been ordering Jax & Bones beds for over a decade. It doesn't matter if it's a bed for our tiny Pomeranian, or large beds like the Lolly White Lounger for our Siberian Huskies - the beds are a favorite of the entire pack. We love these beds because they can be easily disassembled for a quick cleaning in the washer, and because they are made of such quality materials - they last forever! The only reason we replaced our last Jax & Bones beds was because we changed furniture decor and the old colors didn't match. :) Give them a try!!
