*Our products are handmade and vacuum packed for delivery. Please allow a 1-2 inch variance on products.*
To receive refund on returned items:
  • Customer Service must be contacted within 14 days of delivery date.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days after receiving the RMA.
  • Shipped back in the original packaging with tags
  • In resalable condition (no doggy hair or drool)
Failure to comply may result in a minimum 25% restocking fee

I did not know what to expect, but the dog bed insert is lumpy. My dog seems to like it. We were trying to find a replacement insert for a square dog bed cover we already had. It proved hard to find so I’m thankful I could get one from Jax & Bones.

Dear Friends,
Both our dogs love this replacement insert that we are using with a Kong cover. It is supportive but also offers a bit of "give" so that our dogs (60 lbs.) sink in just a little bit and can nest. Very happy with the quality.
