I have a husky and an Eskimo dog who she'd like it's their full time job. I also an the unpaid dog sitter for my family which can leave me with up to 5 dogs for weeks at a time.
It is so hard to find a dog bed that is not made of a hard to clean fuzzy material. After years of experiencing I only buy full zip removable beds made of canvas or denim - because it does not get too hot (our dogs do not need a bed for warmth) and the dog hair is not a problem with these types of fabrics.
I was concerned about buying this bed without seeing it in person. Fortunately, I found one in stock at a boutique pet store and I was able to check it out first. I now own two of this model, one in a medium and one in a large.
My husky tries to fit in the medium, but it is more comical than practical. My sister keeps hinting the medium would be great for her Pomeranian so I might end up giving her that one and replacing my medium with a second large.
I would love an extra long and wide model that would fit across a standard car back seat. When I take the dogs on road trips they are much more comfortable in the car when they can lay on dog beds, but it is impossible to find one dog bed that would fill up the entire back seat so they can both sleep on it comfortably.
Would highly recommend. Loved by our whole family.
